What is the Foxy FUNd Run?
The Foxy FUNd Run is the PTA’s biggest fundraiser of the year!
Students spend the weeks before the run asking for donations from family and community members; then students “earn” said donations by running laps during the school day.
Who participates in the Foxy FUNd Run?
All RFE students participate in the run, regardless of participating in the fundraiser. However, the more fundraiser participants we have, the better!
Parents are welcome to attend the run as observers; some volunteers are needed too. All visitors and volunteers must bring photo ID with them on the day of the event. If you are interested in volunteering to help on race day, sign up using this form.
Why Participate in the Foxy FUNd Run?
This fundraiser garners more than half of our annual budget and allows us to avoid product-selling fundraisers throughout the year.
100% of these funds benefit RFE students.
PTA funds support a variety of initiatives for students, such as field trips, educational website subscriptions, the student planners, and more.
Students can also win prizes based on the money they raise!
Prizes
Each student can win prizes based on the funds they raise. Students accumulate prizes as they work through the prize levels. This year our prizes are:

- $25- RFE Frisbee
- $50- RFE Spirit Wear Shirt
- $75- RFE Handheld Fan
- $100- RFE Fleece Blanket
- $250- Soft Cover Unpersonalized Yearbook
If you earn a RFE Spirit Wear Shirt, please indicate your size on the Foxy FUNd Run- Student Donation Form and return it, even if you donate online.
Class Competition
This year, for the first time, we are having a class vs class fundraising competition. The class prize is an extra PE session!
There will be one winning class per grade. The winner will be determined by the highest average earnings per class. This will allow classes of various sizes to fairly compete.

Run Day Info
Shirt Colors
Each grade level has been assigned a color, on the day of the run, please make sure your student is wearing a shirt predominately colored as assgined.
- K – Purple
- 1st – Blue
- 2nd – Green
- 3rd – Yellow
- 4th – Orange
- 5th – Red
Run Times
Students will run during their existing PELMA schedule for the day of the run.
- 9:30 – 10:15 Grade 3
- 10:20 – 11:05 Grade 2
- 11:10 – 11:55 Grade 1
- 12:30 – 1:15 Grade 4
- 1:20 – 2:05 Grade 5
- 2:10 – 2:55 Kindergarten
